How do I sign up for a class?

First go to the account page and set up an account. Once you have filled out all the necessary information you go to the schedule tab and book the bike, bag or mat you want. If there is a waitlist you can add yourself to it and will be notified if a spot opens up.

When can I sign up for classes?

The booking window opens each week on Sunday at 12 pm through the following Monday. If you’re on a Concierge Membership, you will have priority booking with an 8 day rolling booking window available to you any time.

What do I need to bring?

We provide you shoes for Burn Cycle (no rental fee), gloves for BurnBox and a mat for Burn Yoga. Your shoes will be in the cubby below the check-in tablets. Gloves and Mats will be ready for you in the Kickboxing/Yoga room. You are welcome to bring your own shoes, gloves or a yoga mat as well. (For cycling shoes, our clip-in pedals are SPD or Delta compatible) All items are available for purchase.

If I buy a package can I use the credits for any format?

Yes – any class and at any location.

What happens if I can’t make a class I signed up for?

If it is 12 hours before your class start time you can log into your account and cancel the class. If it is less than 12 hours before your class start time you will either lose the credit or if you are on a monthly membership you will be charged a $20 late cancellation fee.

What is proper attire for classes?

Cycle – We recommend comfortable workout attire, including padded bicycle shorts. Try and avoid wearing long pants that could get caught in the pedals. We provide shoes or you can bring your own with SPD or Delta clips.

BurnBox – We recommend workout attire where you can move around easily. Shoes are required.

Burn Yoga – We recommend form-fitting clothing so that you can move easily and see each area of the body, with socks or bare feet. Please visit our retail section to purchase our branded Burn apparel.

What time should I arrive to class to set up?

If it is your first time to BURN, we strongly encourage you to show up at least 20 minutes before your scheduled class time. This allows time to give you a tour of the studio, make sure you’re comfortable with the check-in process and to give you the ability to meet your instructor. Any other questions you may have can be answered as well at that time.

How long are classes?

Most classes are 45 minutes long unless otherwise specified.
